Life Spring Fitness' circuit classes have become an important part of my daily life. I feel like a much healthier and happier person since I moved here. At that time, I was feeling twice my age because I was recovering from a broken patella, as well as suffering from severe muscle atrophy and home sickness. I began working with Josh and going to circuit class 3 times a week. Now I make going to class a priority because I know it’s not only the healthy, smart thing to do, but also because working out with others is fun and keeps me accountable. I have met so many good friends here and I am so thankful for all of them and for Josh!

I began working with Josh in March 2018. Prior to the first session, he met with me to learn about my very specific problem areas and goals that I hoped to achieve. He asked a myriad of questions related to the info I gave him and was confident that he could help. After a couple of months with him, I'm thrilled with the results that he has helped me attain. The overall plan he laid out for me and his coaching during each session has helped me move and bend in ways I haven't been able to for quite some time. My overall strength has increased and I'm less limited in my flexibility and movement. I look forward to the opportunity to recommend him to anyone.

When I first met Josh I told him I was out of shape, fat, and miserable. I mentioned to him that I would like to lose weight and pack on some muscle. Not only has Josh taught me how to use the gym to reach my goals safely, but he taught me how to eat correctly and how to keep my metabolism in high gear! I have packed on a good bit of muscle and increased my strength such that I can deadlift over 300 pounds! Josh can also talk me off of a ledge. He is honest with me and tells me the truth about what I can expect. I don't know what my wife and I would do without him! Thank you Josh!
