How do I become a member?
Our sign up process is super easy! Click HERE to get started.
After you sign up, your welcome materials will be delivered to your home within 3 business days. Once your access key is delivered, you're ready to start using the gym!
I just signed up for a membership... Now what?
After you have signed up for a membership, you will receive your welcome packet within 1-3 business days. Your welcome packet will contain a welcome letter, your access key(s), and a golf cart/car decal!
If you have NOT received your welcome packet, please contact us ASAP.
Do I have to live in The Waters to use the gym?
Our gym facilities as well as all memberships and services are available to the general public. Most of our customers come from The Waters and the surrounding areas but we welcome anyone and everyone!
Are masks required?
The short answer is no. However, we always advise our members and clients to bring one with you in case it gets busy, especially if you have not had your COVID19 vaccinations. Please help us keep the gym a safe environment for all members and clients.
Can I add or remove family members to/from my membership?
Absolutely. Members love our monthly membership options because they allow you the flexibility to not only freeze or cancel with 2 billing cycles notice, but to add and remove family members easily. To start the process, click HERE and complete a Contract Alteration Request.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel a monthly membership, click HERE to download a Cancellation Request form. After your completed notice is submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, your membership will continue for the requisite 2 billing cycle waiting period before it is officially terminated. All access keys must be returned by or before your termination date to avoid a replacement fee of $20 per key.
