PRIVATE TRAINING

Work 1-on-1 in a private training session where your workouts will be informed by whatever your goals and limitations are. Initial assessment included.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Sessions with multiple clients at once (limit of 3 per session). More affordable for each person! Train with your parent, sibling, friend, etc!

VIRTUAL FITNESS TRAINING

Experience a one-of-a-kind workout session with our virtual fitness apparatus. Choose from 15-45 sessions in a variety of class types from beginner to advanced fitness levels.

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is a key aspect of any transformative program! Sit down for a consultation about your diet or get meal plan services!
